Grievance
If an employee finds himself or herself being subjected to unfairness or discrimination of any sort, he or she is to report to the departmental manager. If it is not possible to do so, he or she can directly report grievances to the Human Resource manager and if necessary, directly to the Executive Management.
Intrinseque Health has established formal grievance handling procedures to provide a safe environment for Employees to raise concerns.
Grievances will be handled in an amicable and supportive manner to avoid any further unnecessary escalation and negative feelings.

Intrinseque Health is committed to the protection of an individual’s personal information and privacy and considers safeguarding data protection rights as part of its social responsibility. This Data Privacy Protection Policy sets out regulations, on how Intrinseque Health collects and handles personal information, in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other rules and regulations pertaining to data privacy in countries that Intrinseque Health operates or provides services to. We exercise discretion while accessing and updating personal data and take extreme precaution while disclosing personal data to third parties. Each employee bears a personal responsibility in complying with this Policy and Statutory Guidelines towards fulfilment of their responsibilities at Intrinseque Health.
